Lawrence Cox III
I am dedicated to exceeding industry standards through extensive continuing education and hands-on training. I hold both Texas and National certifications and am a proud member of InterNACHI®, where I earned the Certified Professional Inspector (CPI)® designation by completing additional specialized courses. My professional background includes more than 20 years as a property investor, new residential plumbing installation, real estate experience as a licensed Realtor, and leadership roles in the oil field and construction industries. This diverse background gives me a unique perspective on how homes are built, maintained, evaluated, and purchased—allowing me to serve clients with both technical knowledge and a clear understanding of the buying and selling process.
Outside of inspections, my wife and I enjoy spending time with family and friends, and we have been active volunteers in our community—serving as small group hosts at our local church since 2018, leading Financial Peace University since 2014, and participating in local Habitat for Humanity projects, homeless shelter outreach, and other community events. My goal is to serve every client with professionalism, integrity, and the attention to detail they deserve.
